By accessing and using Axel Print's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Axel Print provides professional printing services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and other custom print products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. File Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. Axel Print is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork. Additional charges may apply for file corrections or modifications.
5. Proofing and Approval
Digital proofs are provided for customer approval before printing. Once approved, the customer assumes responsibility for any errors not caught during the proofing process. Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after final approval and payment. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, file issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or reprints will only be issued for products that are defective or do not match the approved proof. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers warrant that they have the right to reproduce all content submitted for printing. PrintCraft Pro is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement in customer-provided content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Axel Print's liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
